As the exclusive listing agent, he successfully secured all 14 residences, representing a total project valuation exceeding $50 million. This landmark partnership marked one of the first major collaborations between a leading luxury brokerage presence and a master-planned community developer in Playa Vista, setting multiple sales records and establishing a benchmark for new development representation in the area.
Kris brings over a decade of experience in luxury estate management, having worked with properties in Aspen, Hawaii, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and New York City. This background provides a refined understanding of high-value asset care, discretion, and client service at the highest level.
Before real estate, Kris played collegiate baseball at Loyola Marymount University, earning Preseason All-American and All-Conference honors before going on to compete professionally in the independent minor leagues. That foundation of discipline and competition now informs his real estate practice, defined by precise execution, accountability, and consistency under pressure.
A Los Angeles native, Kris is an alumnus of St. Bernard High School in Playa del Rey and Loyola Marymount University in Westchester. With deep roots in Silicon Beach and the surrounding coastal communities, he maintains a long-standing connection to the neighborhoods he serves.
