Q2 2021 - Market Snapshot

Our Q2 market overview focuses on the massive swings we have seen in Playa Vista in a short period of time. Comparing Q1 to Q2 of 2021, Playa Vista has seen  Single Family and Condo sales increase by approximately 55% respectively. Additionally, sales prices for both have increased by approximately 15%, while days on market have decreased. 

The news here is that previously, Playa Vista was not completely aligned with neighboring market trends and the strong seller's market they were experiencing.

Q2 has changed all of that, and Playa Vista is now firmly placed in a strong seller’s market.
